Life with Fischer

Described as the “happiest dog in the world”, Fischer, born July 26, 2003, has been the most wonderful pet, playmate, hunting partner, and friend.
Coming to us from a deep line of field trial goldens in northern Wyoming via Sungold Golden Retrievers, Fischer has proven his genetics as very trainable with an excellent attitude and endless spirit. His elemental tolerances, drive and commitment, paired with a fervent flying entry, strong swimming skills, and endurance make him an outstanding waterfowl and upland bird dog.
In addition to being a proven hunter, he is an amazingly loyal and loving member of our family, incredibly playful with ageless youth, as well as gentle and patient with our kids, who love him dearly.

Fischer has sired two litters of pups with dame Joy of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Word has spread quickly of the wonderful goldens produced from this duo. The offspring from their litters have proven to be most excellent. One 2006 male, Fischer Jr. (his namesake) of Vail, Colorado even brought home the prize as the longest leaper in the Teva Games water-entry jumping competition! Three owners claimed second pups from their 2008 litter.

We couldn't be happier or luckier with Fischer, and we are anxiously hopeful to have the opportunity for one more litter to add an offspring to our own family, continuing the wonderful tradition of Golden love. :)
